Hotel pickup
Your driver will wait for you in the lobby or at the main entrance.
Airport pickup
If you provided a flight number, your driver will track your flight and meet you just beyond the arrivals gate. To request a specific meeting point, add it in the "Notes to driver" field when booking.
Special meeting points
In rare cases, a specific meeting point may be required. You'll receive instructions by email ahead of your pickup.
Running late?
Contact your driver as soon as you know you'll be delayed so they can adjust. If your delay goes beyond the free waiting time, coordinate any extra waiting directly with the driver. Pickups cannot be guaranteed for short-notice delays that exceed the free waiting period.

On-demand rides (ride-hailing partners)
On-demand rides booked through our ride-hailing partners — for example, taxi services — do not include any free waiting time. Head to the pickup location as soon as the SIXT App shows that your driver has arrived.
